Annual Home Monitoring

Avoid costly repairs, stay ahead of maintenance issues and rest assured that someone is checking on your home on a weekly basis. An annual retainer fee includes weekly interior and exterior walk-throughs to monitor temperature settings and fuel levels, test building systems, secure the home, replace bulbs and filters, meet repairmen, accept deliveries and serve as an emergency contact.

Winter Home Monitoring

Available from December through April for a flat fee, our winter home monitoring services protect your home during the slower season and when weather makes them the most vulnerable. Weekly monitoring ensures that even during severe temperatures and storms, all systems are working properly.

Annual Housekeeping Services

Our professional staff of housekeepers clean and maintain your home from top to bottom, so it's always ready to welcome you and your guests.

Annual Landscaping Services

Together with a member of our Landscaping and Grounds team, you'll create a comprehensive plan for all your landscaping needs.

A La Carte Services
