A portion of every property sale at Homestead Preserve goes to The Virginia Hot Springs Preservation Trust. To date, the Trust has raised over $1 million in funds to be used for historic preservation and restoration, environmental conservation and stewardship, agricultural cultivation and other worthwhile efforts aimed at preserving the rich heritage of the region.
