Homestead Preserve is proud to offer The Milk House Market to Preserve homeowners, tourists, and the Bath County Community.  This newly renovated 1920s Milk House allows for “one-stop” convenience in offering fresh food items and Homestead Preserve information.  The Milk House Market offers fresh-brewed coffee and espresso, sodas, cold teas, sandwiches, gourmet food items such as breads, cheeses, sauces and much more.  Plans are being made to provide space for a small scale farmers’ market for local farmers to sell their goods and produce. 

The Milk House Market also serves as a center for Homestead Preserve homeowner information.  There is also a wealth of information available regarding local activities and events all within an hour drive.
