Headlines Homestead Preserve

Homestead Preserve is cradled in Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains, occupying the western slope of Warm Springs Mountain and the rolling landscape of the Warm Springs Valley. Uniquely dedicated to preserving the rich architectural heritage of rural western Virginia and honoring the long family traditions of The Homestead in Hot Springs, Homestead Preserve is also a very special conservation-based community created by nationally lauded planned community developers Celebration Associates.

Located on one of the last extensive pristine areas of southern Appalachian landscape, Homestead Preserve borders the Nature Conservancy’s Warm Springs Mountain Preserve and the George Washington National Forest in beautiful Bath County, Virginia. The community, crafted to pay tribute to the historic architecture of Bath County, is located on 2,300 acres of prime mountain real estate, but only 450 families will have the opportunity to own a piece of this precious mountain land.
