Beautifully and Mindfully Preserved

Because land is a tradition well worth passing on.

The history of the land in and around Homestead Preserve is an integral part of its personality, its place in the world and its future. With that in mind,
we happily and exhaustively study the land’s history through literature, nature, architecture and culture
to continually grow our knowledge. The results, we believe, will be a beautifully and mindfully preserved community, place and culture for generations to come.

OLD DAIRY PRESERVATION

The circa 1928 commercial dairy once served all the dairy needs of The Homestead Resort until the 1970s. After a meticulous restoration by Homestead Preserve,
its seven original buildings and two silos now encompass a community center with recreational facilities and meeting space
as well as serving as home to The Preserve Community Association and the Virginia Hot Springs Preservation Trust. Offices of Celebration Associates, developer of Homestead Preserve, are also located at Old Dairy.
